It looks nice and the design is decent overall. I like that it’s easy to carry around for everyday use, which is a plus. That said, it feels a bit hit or miss depending on what you’re expecting, not bad, just not amazing either

I ordered a USB hub from novoo-online.com, and honestly... the product page was pretty much spot on!! The ports, size, and power details all matched what showed up, so there weren’t any weird surprises when I opened the box. The only thing I would’ve liked is a little more info about the cable length?? Overall though, it was a good experience... I’d give it 4 stars!

"Delivery showed up right on time"
I ordered from novoo-online.com and the delivery arrived when they said it would. The tracking worked fine overall, though it did take a little while before the first scan showed up. The package came in good condition too, so no complaints there. It wasn’t absolutely perfect, but it felt reliable enough that I’d be happy to order from them again

"Seemed fine at first... then nope"
At first I was like, okay, this works and I can deal with it. But after about a week, it started acting weird, and the plastic feels cheap. I went from being mildly impressed to annoyed real fast

They got back to me quickly, which was nice. I’ll admit I was a bit suspicious at first because quick replies can sometimes feel scripted, but the support was helpful enough overall.

"Refund was straightforward"
I had to return a charger from novoo-online.com because I ordered the wrong one, which was totally my mistake. I contacted support and, they got back to me quickly with clear return instructions, so I’m not sure why people act like returns are always a nightmare.
I sent it back and got my refund a few days after they received it. There was no runaround, no random excuses, nothing shady. It actually went smoother than I expected, and yeah, I’d order from them again.

Packaging was solid and clean overall. The box had a few small dents, but the item inside was totally fine, so I’m happy this time. If the packaging started showing up damaged more often, though, I’d probably think twice about ordering again.

I bought a charger from novoo-online.com a few months back and its still working fine so far. The cable feels solid, not cheap or flimsy, and I’ve taken it with me on a couple trips too. Only thing I noticed is it gets a little warm sometimes, but nothing too crazy. Overall happy with it

"Support came through, just kinda slow"
I bought a USB hub from Novoo and it was working totally fine at first, but then one of the ports stopped charging. I reached out to support and they did get back to me, but it took about 3 days, which felt a little long. Also had to send the same info twice, wich was annoying.
They did end up offering a replacement though, and it arrived ok. So yeah, they fixed the problem in the end, just not the smoothest or fastest process. Not terrible, not amazing either.

"Works fine, but nothing special"
I’ve been using this to charge my devices, and it does the job without any real issues. My phone and other stuff charge fine, but in day-to-day use it hasn’t been as quick as I was hoping. I also noticed it can get a little warm sometimes while charging. It’s not a bad charger at all, just feels average based on my experience.

"Frustrating and confusing to use"
I had a really hard time using the site. It kept freezing on me, and the menus didn’t make much sense, so I was constantly clicking around trying to figure out where to go. What made it worse was that the whole experience kind of felt like I was being talked down to instead of actually helped.

Shipping was just okay, but it definitely took longer than I expected. I know delays happen, but it made me lose some trust in the whole process because I was counting on it arriving sooner.

It works fine and the price was fair, honestly. I wouldn’t say it blew me away or anything, and there are probably better options out there, but for what I paid it does the job.

I ordered a hub from novoo-online.com hoping to use it with my older Dell laptop and my Android tablet, but it didn’t really work well with either of them. "Great first impression, still holding up"
Right out of the box, my first impression was that the connection felt really steady, and that’s still been the case. I’ve been using it every day with both my laptop and phone, and it hasn’t dropped or done anything weird so far. Just works like it should.

"Warranty was handled, just took a little pushing"
I had to reach out to Novoo about a warranty problem with my hub. They did get back to me and asked for photos and my order details, which I guess is normal enough. It did take longer than I thought it would, though, and I had to follow up once, which made me wonder if they were hoping I’d just drop it. To be fair, they eventually offered a replacement, so it worked out in the end. Not a terrible experience, just not the smoothest.
